Program Notes & Requirements

Pre-approval is required for both custom incentives and prescriptive rebates. Incentives are capped at $25,000 per building per year. Pre-inspection may be required and Post-inspection is required.

Program goes until December 31, 2022. Interior and exterior lighting have prescriptive incentives. Lighting that is not included in the prescriptive incentives may be eligible for the custom programs.
